Allied Health - Embroidery Options
The option for your name and occupation embroidery is shown below. Name and Occupation embroideries will be positioned on the right side of the garment top. First name above Occupation. Please enter your preferred First Name in the field below. Your current occupation will be automatically extracted from our profile. Note: Embroidered items are non-returnable and can take up to 7 business days to complete.

First Name Example:  Barbara

Line 1 (First Name) Text Font: Block

Line 2 (Occupation) Text Font: Block

Line 3 (Leadership Title) Text Font: Block (if you don't have a title just leave as default "Select Option"



Thread color selection will be based on the VCH logo colors and embroidered on the garment to provide maximum visibility.
